deadlifts done in a metal viking deadlifter,
plus a few extra workouts i benched 102.5x10 raw, and did 100lb dumbells for 10 on flat bench, best training cycle thus far! cant wait for meet day, predictions 700kg total.

wasn't happy with the way my full suit squats went, especially my last one, it was high. as you can see on the video. Next week im dropping the weight 100 lbs and doing 3x3, hopefully will be able to sink them in deep enough.
